Be sure to purchase a camping pass ahead of time if you are planning to camp out at the Winfield Fairgrounds. If you want a guaranteed spot be sure to order early before the RESERVED camping sites are sold out. Check out the map here!

Roundup Camping
Campground Schedule

The camping areas for the Roundup will be open on Saturday, May 24th. You can stay a full 9 days for one price!!! Come early and spend Memorial Day weekend in Winfield.

This year Reserved Campsites will be available in areas A1, B, C, H1, and Handicapped Camping. Reserved campsites will be yours for years to come if you secure it with the Roundup office. If you don't secure it, the site will go back into the available campsite pool.

Campground check-in will be begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 24th. All non-Roundup campers will be asked to leave the fairgrounds on Friday, May 23rd. Starting at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, May 24th all campers will be required to have Roundup event camping permits.

Campground staff will begin checking for wristbands Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. Roundup campsite passes will also be sold on site beginning Saturday, May 24th. Prior to that you may purchase your campsite online or through the Roundup office. The office number is 1-877-221-2114.

Anyone wishing to camp prior to May 24th or after June 1st will be responsible for paying any city fees charged for camping in the fairground camping areas.

A camping sticker will be given for each RV, Camper, 5th Wheel, or tent. This sticker will need to be attached and visible.

We remind everyone attending and camping at the Winfield Country Roundup, located at the Winfield Fairground Facilities, that they do so at their own risk. The City of Winfield, the Winfield Country Roundup, the promoters, managers, and owners assume no responsibility for the actions of any patrons or visitors to these areas or to this event.

Parking Passes

Camping Area Parking Pass $15.00

This pass allows you to bring your vehicle in to the camping areas of the wooded Winfield Fairgrounds. This pass also allows you to park in the General Parking area.

Full Event Parking Pass $10.00

You will be able to park on the festival grounds for the full event. and quickly move to the stage, and merchandise areas.

General one day pass

A one day parking pass can be purchased at the gate on the day of the event for $5.00. They are not available in advance.
